Beginning with a warm and safe therapeutic relationship is essential to wading through the complexities that will arise from the great work that is participating in counseling. I believe in your expertise, that you possess an inner voice that is specific to you.

Through counseling, I hope to help you develop the confidence to find, listen to and trust in your truth, moving through life more authentically, all the while accepting and finding meaning in life’s challenges.

I believe humanity is complex and beautiful.

Let’s practice together.‍

I work primarily with women and couples between ages 25 and 40 years old who are motivated to make changes.

You’ve come to the right place if you’re someone who is

  • having difficulty finding belief in yourself or trusting your direction.

  • wanting to better understand yourself, your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

  • struggling to make space for your sadness, shame, irritation, anxieties, etc.

  • curious about your inner child or internal family system.

  • part of a couple struggling to communicate effectively and stay on the same team.

I value my clients' resources and time, so I make an effort to keep my pricing competitive and to keep the therapeutic process effective and efficient.
